Transportation

Symphony in C offers multiple transportation options. The Collingswood and Medford Shuttle services are offered to season ticket holders only, at a small additional cost.

Season Tickets Holders only:

Collingswood Symphony Shuttle: This shuttle leaves from a convenient Collingswood location and returns patrons to the same location following the concert. This shuttle service will arrive at the concert hall in time for patrons to attend Soundbytes, the Symphony’s pre-concert discussion.

Medford Symphony Shuttle: This shuttle leaves from a convenient Medford area location and returns patrons to the same location following the concert. This shuttle service will arrive at the concert hall in time for patrons to attend Soundbytes, the Symphony’s pre-concert discussion.

Parking

Parking is free of charge for all patrons and is available in Lot 14 located between Cooper & Pearl Streets on 3rd Street.

Security

The Symphony in partnership with Rutgers University-Camden, Greater Camden Partnership Street Ambassadors program and City of Camden police, offer a secure concert experience.

The Symphony encourages all patrons to take advantage of PATCO. Ride PATCO to the City Hall location in Camden and pick-up The Symphony’s convenient Shuttle Loop service that will deliver you to the Gordon Theater door-step. This Shuttle Loop service runs from 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. on concert evenings.Please note: PATCO generously provides security services in the PATCO City Hall station on concert evenings.

Directions to the Gordon Theater, Rutgers-Camden Center for the Arts, from PATCO City Hall station

  • Take PATCO high-speed line to the City Hall station in Camden
  • Cross over Market Street and walk north on Fifth Street one block to Cooper Street
  • Go left on Cooper Street (You will see Rutgers-Camden campus flag pole signs)
  • Walk straight to Third Street along Cooper, and then go right on Third
  • The Fine Arts Building and Theater entrance are nestled in the campus on the right-hand side of the street, across from Parking Lot 14 & 15

  • Take the Riverline to Second/Third & Cooper Street stop.
